The Best Dam Birthday Bash Fireworks Displays are taking place on August 10th at 9:45 at various locations around the Lake of the Ozarks. Our area is going big for Missouri's 200th birthday and we can't wait to celebrate with you and your crew. Our Lake of the Ozarks attractions are thrilled to be a part of the planning of this fantastic event to helps celebrate this great state of ours! About the AWESOME Fireworks Displays:
Six barges that are loaded down with fireworks will be spaced out throughout the Lake of the Ozarks on August 10th. A crew of about 30 technicians will put on the largest fireworks display the Lake of the Ozarks has ever seen. It's a display that is synchronized so you view the same display, no matter where you're viewing from! A soundtrack will go along with the display on 93.5 KRMS. It's truly a lake-wide fireworks display! Be a part of history and celebrate Missouri's Bicentennial birthday with us! Bear Bottom Resort and Bridal Cave will both be viewing locations for the displays.

Missouri's Bicentennial Celebration:
Missouri was the 24th state to enter the United States in 1821. Missouri is home to over six million residents with Jefferson City serving as the home to the State Capital. Known as the Show Me state and that phrase started in 1899, when Congressman Willard Duncan Vandiver stated, “I’m from Missouri and you’ve got to show me.” The Lake of the Ozarks has been celebrating all summer long with various events throughout the summer months.
