Help Us Circle the Lake with Christmas Cheer! 📢YOUR DONATIONS ARE NEEDED!📢

We need your help supporting those living and working in assisted living facilities at the Lake of the Ozarks! Many of our Best Lake Attractions are sponsoring this amazing opportunity and we could use your help spreading the word, donating to the amazing cause, and joining in to carol around the Lake of the Ozarks. On December 19th, carolers will travel around the Lake of the Ozarks area to sing Christmas favorites at many local assisted living facilities. Join us in spreading Christmas cheer to some of our most vulnerable area residents. Not only are we giving the gift of music, we plan to have a stuffed animal for ever resident of each facility we visit. We also plan to have a generous gift for ever employee of these facilities. Both of these groups have faced a very difficult year amid the pandemic and this is just a small token of our appreciation! Circle the Lake with Christmas Cheer

Saturday, December 19th, 2020

Join us for a community-wide outdoor Christmas Caroling event. The group will leave Big Surf Waterpark at 10:00am. Along with the vocalists from Main Street Music Hall, we'll travel around the Lake stopping at nursing and assisted living facilities spreading Christmas joy for all to hear! Busses will be available for transportation. If you'd rather drive yourself from stop to stop, you are more than welcome to join in the caravan! Be mindful that some facilities don't have big parking lots so try to carpool or ride the bus if you're comfortable with that. 

WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH DONATIONS!

While you may be familiar with the event by now, we've added a new layer of excitement to our day of festivities. We're going to be donating a stuffed animal to every resident of the assisted living facilities we're visiting. That will give residents something nice and cozy to snuggle during this difficult holiday season where they may not even get the opportunity to see loved ones due to the pandemic restrictions. We're also spreading our thanks to the employees of all of the assisted living facilities. We want to gift every employee a gift card or extra goodie to show our appreciation of their hard work and dedication through this challenging year.

Camdenton:  99 Residents ~ 74 Staff

Laurie:  63 Residents ~ 73 Staff

Versailles:  92 Residents ~ 85 Staff

Eldon: 116 Residents ~ 129 Staff

Osage Beach:  205 Residents ~ 237 Staff

Total:  575 Residents ~ 598 Staff
